This Privacy Policy explains how MIA Group Store and the Amazon Affiliate App handle information when the website or connected social-media publishing features are used.
1. Information we may process

2. TikTok data
If a TikTok account is connected, the Amazon Affiliate App may receive data permitted by the TikTok scopes approved by the user, such as a basic account identifier and authorization to upload or publish content. TikTok data is used only to provide the requested account connection and content-publishing functionality.
3. Meta data
If Facebook or Instagram accounts are connected, the app may process account or Page identifiers, access tokens and publishing data required to perform authorized posting or scheduling actions.

- prepare and publish authorized social-media content;
- maintain campaign history, diagnostics and publishing status;

5. Access tokens and credentials
Social-media access tokens and secrets are treated as confidential credentials. They are used only to communicate with the relevant platform APIs and should not be publicly shared. The application is designed for private/self-use and credentials should be kept in a private local configuration or other restricted environment.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to third-party platforms only when necessary to provide the requested service, such as TikTok, Meta platforms, Amazon or the hosting provider. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, operational records, diagnostics, security, legal obligations or until it is deleted by the operator where applicable.
8. Revoking social-media access
A connected account owner may revoke the app's authorization through the relevant social platform's account or security settings. After authorization is revoked, the app can no longer make new API requests that require that authorization.
9. Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect credentials and application data. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's privacy
The website and Amazon Affiliate App are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children through the social-media publishing functionality.
