These Terms of Service govern your use of MIA Group Store and the Amazon Affiliate App operated for MIA Group.
1. About the service
MIA Group Store displays products, services and affiliate offers. The Amazon Affiliate App is a self-use content management and publishing tool used to prepare product content and publish or schedule authorized posts to connected social media accounts.
2. Affiliate links
Some product links are affiliate links. If a user purchases through an affiliate link, MIA Group may receive a commission from the relevant merchant at no additional cost to the customer.
3. Product information
Product prices, availability, images, specifications and merchant terms may change without notice. For affiliate products, the final price, availability, delivery terms and purchase conditions are determined by the third-party merchant at checkout.
4. Social media publishing
The Amazon Affiliate App may connect to authorized social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, to publish or schedule content requested by the account owner. The app may only perform actions allowed by the permissions granted during account authorization.
5. Account authorization
You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect and manage any social media account used with the app. You may revoke third-party access through the relevant platform at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or app for unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or unauthorized activity, or in a way that violates the rules of Amazon, TikTok, Meta or any other connected platform.
7. Third-party services
Purchases, social media services and external links are provided by independent third parties. Their own terms, privacy policies and platform rules apply to their services.
8. Intellectual property
MIA Group branding, website design and original application content are owned by or licensed to MIA Group. Third-party trademarks, product images and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
9. No guarantee
The website and app are provided on an “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information and integrations working, uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MIA Group will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party merchants, social platforms, service interruptions, changed prices, unavailable products or unauthorized use of connected accounts.
